I’m 13 and I’ve had braces, expanders and retainers since I was 8, and I apparently have another year to go. Is that normal, or do I just have a bad orthodontist? Cuz I feel like everyone else has their braces/retainers off within a year at most.

i used to take childrens liquid blueberry advil and tak a shower right after i take a shower, the warm water helps alot. but now i just use a pain reliever pill and still take a shower right after and when im done the migrane is gone. i hope this helps, but i recommend a liquid medicine: advil, etc, then take a shower.
