It looks as it did even before I had the burn. But will I need to see a doctor anyway? and will I get skin cancer from this?

well… I just got a second degree sunburn haha and I highly doubt it will lead to any sort of cancer. Its just a burn. The most you could have done was gone to the doctor when you had the burn.
