Yep! It’s called Seasonal Affected Disorder. Many people get it, myself included. If it really affects your life, buy UV box light and sit with it for an hour or so a day or go to a tanning bed. If that doesn’t help enough, talk to a doctor. Welbutrin is a good med that is used to treat S.A.D.

I’m terrified of needles and my dentist has suggested he do my treatment under sedation, Has any one had this before and can let me know what it means.
Am I going to feel any pain, Am I still going to be awake?
Are there any risks involved?
Sorry about all the questions but I have a very low pain tolerance and have been known to pass out stubbing my toes, let alone getting in to the dentists chair.
