First aid courses for toddler care?

My son is more reckless than the average toddler. At 17 months he can scale pretty much any piece of furniture in the house, his latest thing is to dive off the couch with his hands extended to try to do a handstand/flip. We have tile, he’s already hit his head once, but that didn’t deter him.
Our pediatrician says that he’s seen children like my son before and he’s likely to have a broken bone or two in his youth. I’d like to try to take some first aid courses just in case, so I can do necessary things while waiting for an ambulance. And of course I’d hope to be able to help him so that an ambulance wouldn’t be necessary.
Any suggestion on what kind of course to take/ where to find one. I know I want to take CPR but I’d also like something broader than that.
what is the best way to get my toddler to eat higher protein foods?
8Our 3 year old son has been crashing frequently and we believe it has to do with his diet. We try feeding him healthy foods, controlling sugar and processed food intake, he is extremely picky and doesn’t always recognize when he needs to eat (verge of a blood sugar low?). This frequently leads to horrible tantrums. We are looking for creative snack ideas as well as meals to offer more protein (he is currently on a chicken, fish and meat strike with the exception of dino nuggets, hot dogs, and cheese burgers).
What type of multivitamin is good for a toddler?

What is the difference between toddler formula and baby formula?

I have switched my 4 month old Baby Boy to Baby’s Only Dairy Toddler Formula because it seems to be the most organic formula out there, and because I have compared it’s ingredients to other infant formulas and it seems to be equal. Does anyone know any medical facts or information about this?
Has your toddler ever been put on a breathing treatment or steriod breathing treatment?
8How did the breathing treatments affect your child? My 20 month old toddler has been placed on breathing treatments 2x’s a day of Xopenex (similar to albuterol) and Pulmicort (corticosteriod). After he takes his treatment he usually lays his head down on a pillow for 5 or 10 minutes, but he wants me to lay next to him, then he becomes so hyper he starts running around, screaming, and climbing on things. This lasts a couple of hours. Did your child have any side effects like this?
