Question : My mum thinks I have an eating disorder?
Hey guys…
Well, this time last year I did have anorexia; but I got intervention before I could really get to bad. But now, my mum thinks I have it again and she’s getting really paranoid.
I’ve been loosing weight recently, but I’ve also been eating more. I’ve started exercising to try and get fitter because the weight I do have is pretty much all in fat, and I want a little muscle.
I’ve been eating healthier too, I’m vegetarian but I’ve been eating a healthy diet with foods with protein and stuff, not like the shi*ty tv dinners I ate when I was getting over my disorder.
But last night, my mum freaked out. She saw my ribs sticking out when I was wearing a bikini and thinks that I have anorexia again. I do not think I am fat, I am average weight and I am happy with that. I eat healthy foods and exercise and for that, she thinks I have anorexia. Does anyone have any ideas to convince her otherwise?
I was never underweight really, even when I was considered anorexic I was at the lower end of average weight.
And no way in hell will I eat meat. Ever.

well, as long as you show her that you’re eating and exercising then she’ll eventually see that you really have fully recovered. she’s just worried about you but you could also explain to her that you are just maintaining a good, healthy weight naturally.

I am 100% sure that it is based around someone with him. Each episode is more and more clear, his demeanor, he is thinking, he told me so much, he either has aspegers or I’m a psychopath, but this is impossible, because my doc said his aspegers, he must have because in aspegers not a psychopath, and psychopathy or perhaps Asperger’s have very very similar? What do you think?

and is very shy. BUT I know he does not have aspergers but social phobia. Like when I asked him about the social interaction, he knew what each body language mention but he says he is very scared to talk to ppl.

My employer recently switched our HMO’s from Blue Cross to Pacificare. Now all my co-pays have doubled, our specialists are miles away, rx’s are twice as much or more, and lots of my kid’s rx’s (asmtha meds) are considered “non-formulary” according to PacifiCRAP and cost 40 bucks as opposed to 10 dollars when I had Blue Cross. Plus, everything needs to be pre-authorized. What the hell? I can’t afford to pay these prices. Anyone else have problems with PACIFICRAP?
