Sad to say, but not all trainers are qualified to train and be called a professional personal trainer. Some are simply people who enjoy working on and decided they could make money. You can know how to intervene, even to look good, but they know how to help you achieve your goals?

When choosing a coach will do a professional, and like any other professional you need to know that they are qualified to produce good results. Of course, if they work is not always the results that you stop using them, but many times you do not know it was not your fault for the lack of results.

1. Ask the personal trainer of their training and certification.

A personal trainer should be certified by a health reputation as NASM, ISSA, ACSM, ACE or NSCA). An exercise science or other academic degree is not required, but more education your trainer has, the more tools to help it in his toolbox.

Some studios have their own personal training certification program and this can provide an excellent form of training for the novice trainer.

2. What programs do not offer personal trainer?

Ask the trainer what specific programs they offer. These programs could include:

3. Make sure the personal trainer you have specific questions.

Your trainer should ask many questions about things like:
 your overall health />  your fitness goals
 Its Background and History of Health
 If your medical questions

4. Do they offer a preliminary assessment of periodic assessments?
You need to know where you are when you know that you have made progress or not start. A qualified trainer will take your measurements, your body fat, weight, and they should take any pictures so you can see your results up close and personal in the after picture. 5. How do you deal with a personal trainer?

Ask yourself if you get on well with the coach, as you sit and talk to them. Remember, a severe case of intestinal sweaty, and spend quality time with that person, you should agree with them. The last thing you want is from a meeting because you just can not resist the drive. You’re not hiring a “friend” but he must love and respect them.

6. Ask the personal trainer of references from other customers.

Get references (phone numbers, names) customers past and present. A great coach will be happy to references of customers who give you positive feedback about them. If the coach has a problem if this information, it is a red flag! If the coach is working for a club or in the studio, they should have to show a lot of pictures before and after you.

7. What is your nutrition knowledge?

When you eat your first meal? How often do you eat?
What food you skip?
What do you eat?
How do you eat?
What do you drink?
How much do you drink?
Do you have a diet?

8. Did they talk about the difference and the weight to give?

This can be difficult to assess during the interview, but you will soon enough know that you start working with them. You remember your goals and your challenges? How do you tell them they are or are they listening to talk with their buddies? Are they in time for the appointment?

If a coach is to achieve, in consultation with his clients and results that speak volumes. Who do you prefer to work out, scratching someone for business or someone who is in high demand because they are a pro, the results will be? I’ll take door number two!
