Question : plzzzz answer if you are a dietician or eating disorder specialist!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
i am recovering from anorexia and have been for a little while now (2 weeks or maybe a bit more) and have suddenly (these past few days) been really feeling like i have to throw up my food. i dont, but my stomach hurts all the time with this feeling. the only time it seems to not happen is when i am eating. i dont know why this is happining now because ive been eating this amount for a while . Ive obviously lost my sense of hunger and fullness but im guessing this is fullness???
what could it be?? any ways to get rid of it.
p.s – also now that i think about it, it first started saturday, and for the past 2 days before that i barely ate anything. but i barely ate anything when i was anorexic and when i started eating again i didnt feel this way. helpppp

Depending on how long you were anexoric, your body is most likely “freaking out” right now. Because of your eating disorder, it got used to not eating or eating very little. Now that you have moved past your disorder, your body feels under attack by you trying to feed it again, therefore it feels like it wants to get rid of that food in your stomach.You must slowly start eating again to lessen the shock for your body.. don’t worry, this feeling will eventually pass once you allow your body to get in routine again of eating regularly.

It was my first time seeing an ED specialist, He is supposed to be great and have a very high success rate byt he gave me the absolute creeps and the whole situation and experience was horrible, i was so scared and traumatised and fragile after it because it was just…..horrible! His ideas are extreme and i hate his manorisms, i dont even think i need to see some specialist i say i just need to visit a dietitian or something, but i really really hate this therapy. i feel so targetted and like prey really, please help!!

Talk to your parents. If you hate therapy you will never get better. When I was younger i had to see a psychiratrist for depression, I hated her she blamed everything on my dad and I did not want to go back. I didn’t tell my mom how I felt so she made me keep going back. Finally I told her about it and she agreed that it was not going to help me and let me see someone else. It often takes people several tries before they can ever find someone they trust enough to be completely open and honest with. Good Luck!!
