I have acid reflux disease, and smoked my mother while she was pregnant with me. I hate them for it. Whenever I’m in tobacco smoke, my reflux is suddenly begins. Has anyone heard of these two things to answer

I started a new job a month ago. I was so happy because I finally got a decent wage and health insurance. Unfortunately this was too good to be true. One of my colleagues smoking in the office. I have asthma and am allergic to cigarette smoke. Every time she rotates in, I begin to suffocate. I told my boss in person about my health and do everything he said he would be off the automatic door closers on doors for her (she smokes in the door of the building so they can stay by the phone). Well, went over 2 or 3 weeks, and he still had nothing in place. I decided to email him and tell him again. I asked him if he could complete the inside to ban smoking. Well, he finally decided to make this automatic door there. But you know what, she props open the door! It’s terrible! However, none of you lot with smoking in the workplace. How do you get someone to stop. The trouble is, my boss is a smoker too! And he does not care! If they do not stop, I’ll find another job! Well, speak for them directly. It can be very unpleasant. She was very ugly to me first, and then someone told him about me, and now it’s beautiful. I do not know how, when I told him to stop responding. The reason that she smokes in front of the door because she is a dispatcher. If it goes completely, it will miss a call or something radio.J’ve talked to my boss. It is both a smoker and do not care about my condition. Even when I was a fuss about this great thing, everyone will hate me, because most people seem to smoke. Question : My friend needs help with an eating disorder, drinking, smoking and other drugs. How can I help?
My friend needs help. She doesn’t eat right cause she scared to get fat or look like get family. She counts on what she eats for example 8 fries a half of a half of a half of a hamburger some chips icing off of a 25 cent cakes and then drinks to much where she can’t handle herself. Her family watches her and doesn’t do anything cause her whole family got problem. I knew her my whole life and I feel like she killing herself faster. Then she does drugs and sleeps around. It’s killing me knowing thy she killing herself. She excises over and over everyday without eating much and doing all kinds of drugs sleeping around. Why can I do for her? I really wanna do an intervention but if she doesn’t wanna help herself than how can I?

I know you want to help,
but this is HER problem,
and if she wants to change,
she will find THE RIGHT help.
This is HER decision and NOT YOURS!
I know it’s hard to watch your friend do this to herself,
but you can’t blame yourself for what SHE is doing.
SHE will figure things out if she wants another healthier life style.

Is it safe to take Chantix (smoking cessation drug) and Meridia simultaneously? I am on Chantix (beginning week 4 tomorrow, should be on it 12 weeks) and have a prescription for Meridia. They both affect the brain. Chantix blocks receptors that give you a dopamine reward when you smoke and Meridia is said to “affect appetite control centers of the brain”.

well my parents tried everything last year andfinally stopped with the smoking pill but it tends to send people mad so it wouldnt advise it. The inhalor works quite good though
