It may help your eyes some. I sleep with one alot and it helps me sleep better. Walmart has some in the health and beauty area. I would recommend one made out of cotton.

I drank about three drinks last night all with maybe 2 shots of Everclear in them, and went to bed around 1:30am. I have to take 2 sleep aids at night to get myself to rest. I am awake now at 12:15p. I feel absolutely normal and ready to go! Should I have anything to worry over about the drug test?

have somebody splash you with cold water instead of an alarm… it works.. i had that problem b4.. i asked my brother to do that and my bodyclock returned to normal.. it is horrible to be splashed with cold water.. that’s why it works because your brain will quickly adopt to changes so it wont happen again… hope this solves your problem…
