This is just a brief video of some points I wanted to mention about recovery. Regarding the pictures at the end, If you watched my story through pictures, you can see that there are major differences in my energy and happiness from a few years ago to now. I used to be extremely self-conscious, socially awkward, isolated, alone, depressed, and hopeless. I am now friendly, (I hope) likable, outgoing, somewhat self-confident, and have a good amount of friends. When I was in my eating disorder, I had maximum 3! I’ve also had a couple boyfriends and some guys interested in me for the first time! Finally I am able to connect with people on different levels and have made intellectual friends with whom I can discuss politics, literature, foreign languages, etc. I am very glad I have finally started to discover myself and not associate anorexia with my identity.
