A Diskus inhaler is an easy to use dry-powder inhaler that delivers medication in a convenient and simple way. Using a Diskus Inhaler: 1. Hold your Diskus inhaler in the palm of your hand and place your thumb on the thumb grip and slide your thumb away from you until you hear a click and the mouthpiece appears. 2.
