Question : Is it possible to fail a breathalyzer test but pass a blood alcohol test?
My friend passed the field sobriety tests but blew a .10 into the breathalyzer. He then was taken to the police station where his blood was tested for BAC. Does failing the breathalyzer mean you automatically fail the actual BAC blood test?

Yup…hate to say it. Even if you passed the breath test the alcohol will stay in your blood longer.
ALso, they can also check you for any drugs on that bloodwork. So if you smoked a jiont or did anything depending on what you signed, they can check you for drugs as well as alcohol.

drink a shitload of water, there’s also some things you can buy that flushes stuff out of your system but it doesn’t sound like you have time to get them

This can prevent a serious barrier to mental health problems, including suicide. This is particularly relevant in todayâ? S society, bullying, harassment and discrimination are the norm in many schools, â? Said Susan Gallagher, managing director of the Mental Health America of Northern California.
SB 543 by Senator Mark Leno was to be (D-San Francisco) and implemented jointly by Mental Health America of Northern California, GSA Network, Equality California and National Association of Social Workers California Chapter.

We are very grateful to help Governor Schwarzenegger for signing this law, the young people the care they need until there is a crisis, and therefore, will save many lives, â? ? said Geoff Kors, director of Equality California. â? Just this week, four young people lost their lives after suffering intimidation, anti-gay and anti-homosexual prejudice. We must act now to go young people, especially lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people, give strong support systems, and this bill only. As a society we can not tolerate young people in terror because of their sexual orientation or gender or perceived identity.â?
