Question : Any recommendations for PART-TIME jobs on WEEKENDS & FRIDAYS that are currently hiring and pay ABOVE .00/HR?
And please, no odd jobs or non-traditional paying jobs.

I have 3 years of retail experience in high-end fashion and cosmetics. Also took responsibility of business management and sales promotion responsibilities. In addition to fluent English I can speak: Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and beginner Japanese. I’m very internationally immersed having studied in France, Taiwan, and Japan. Also worked in dental office, legal office, and presentation design; so I’m quite diverse. I’m very good with drawing, design, and creative activities. My only disadvantage is that I’m still currently a university student; but I will be graduating in December.

Why are you not working as a hostess in one of the better restaurants or salons in town? Sounds like a very good match and should net you a penny or two.

Question : What are some part-time jobs in a dentist office a college student can do?
I’m wanting to pursue a career as a Dental Hygienist and want to get started working in the dentist office environment. I haven’t taken any dental hygiene courses yet so I was wondering if there would be anything else they would hire me to help with tasks such as filing.

You could try to get a job as a receptionist or something along those lines. You could also apply to be a dental assistant. They simply “assist” the dentist and prepare the rooms for cleanings and what not. Some states require you to be certified for that but i know mine doesn’t. Good luck!
