i have compulsive overeating disorder. ive been in and out of treatment for years now. yesterday i was extremely depressed. i ordered an entire box of cheese sticks from papa johns (pizza without the sauce basically) and dumped a cup of garlic sauce on there too. i ate the entire box in about ten minutes. please avoid lectures, i get enough from my own mother already. i know it was stupid, but now i feel so unbearably sick, and have since yesterday morning when i ate them. ive taken pepto bismol and it seemed to do nothing. i seriously just want to die right now i feel so sick. any tips? and i’m serious. please avoid lectures and insults. i know what i did was seriously stupid. and disgusting.
