Question : How can I learn to operate a breathalyzer in one day?
I’m a jailer at a county jail and I put in for a pay raise based on a breathalyzer certification course that I did not attend! Now the jail supervisor needs me to run the machine myself for tomorrow’s Safe & Sober Campaign. I agreed to do it but I have never even seen the machine in operation. It’s a three day course and you have to sign up several months in advance.

Can a drunk disabled person to operate an electric wheelchair to be charged with a DUI?

I know you can get a DUI on a bike or skateboard get, I’m just curious. I’m just at random on a drunken person opperating an electric wheelchair to see today. He was everywhere, in bushes, on the street. I asked him if he wanted to help, but he said nothing in a drunken slur. He said his apartment complex was two miles from the bar, and he would be at home in his wheelchair. Then he ran into the curb. I have it up and go again, but he really was weaving.
