its been impossible for me to prepare a meal of substance for a hard working man . it can not have a lot of purine’s and also him diabetic , i am having a very hard time .

I’m pretty thin-so not lookng to lose weight but am suddenly feeling really funny (bad) when I eat too many carbs, too much salt or don’t drink enough water. I am getting tested for diabetes.
