From Hershey’s Double Chocolate Mini Kisses Cookies to the Very Chocolate Cookies, you should be able to satisfy your chocolate longings. From toddlers to grandparents these chocolate treats are sure to be hits. HERSHEY’S DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MINI KISSES COOKIES2 sticks butter, softened1 1/2 cups sugar2 eggs2 tsp vanilla extract2 cups all-purpose flour2/3 cup Hershey’s cocoa3/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 3/4 cups (10-oz pkg) Hershey’s Mini Kisses Milk Chocolate1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts, optionalPreheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together until light and fluffy. Stir together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in the mini kisses and the nuts, if using. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or just until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to a wire rack to complete cooling. Yield: About 3 1/2 dozen cookies. VERY CHOCOLATE COOKIES1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour1 1/2 cups sugar2/3 cup cocoa powder3/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt3/4 (1 1/2 sticks) cup butter, softened2 eggs2 tbsp plus 1 tsp milk1 tsp vanilla extract2 cups (12-oz pkg) chocolate chips1 cup chopped nutsPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add butter, eggs, milk and vanilla; beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or just until set. Do not overbake. Cool slightly then remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Yield: 3 to 4 dozen cookies Enjoy!
