Question : What is the easiest way to cure hunger for anorexia?
There are foods or tricks that people use,
to keep them from being hungry,
like cheese cubes? or ice cubes when your hungry.
Apparently if you dring coffee, it gives you energy and fills you up quick.

I notice anorexia isnt healthy, so im not searching for some deep insight on my actions.
I have been taking all sorts of vitamins and supplements, so dont worry about health issues.

Im just trying to find shortcuts to curing my hunger besides eating a meal. What are some foods or drinks that you could have one of, and be full?

I don’t condone trying to be anorexic. If you were anorexic, you wouldn’t need tips and tricks. Anorexia is a mental disorder and it’s symptoms manifest themselves physically. While an anoretic may tell you it’s all about weight, there is ALWAYS an underlying emotional issue. I will not give you any “anorexia” tips. I will, however, give you a few pointers on how to satisfy your hunger in healthy, low cal ways.

low cal soups are very good at keeping you full.
And if you drink a bottle of water before each meal, as well as one bottle during your meal, you will be more full.

Fruits and veggies are good. They are high in fiber and will fill you up. If you eat an apple before each meal, you’ll find yourself feeling fuller faster and for longer.

Eat slowly, listen to your body. It takes about ten minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that it’s full. It helps sometimes to take a break while you’re eating to let your body catch up with itself.
