Sheldon P. Henry, 77, and his wife, the former Cathy Persic, marked their 54th wedding anniversary on June 23. Two days later, just before Mrs. Henry, 75, began a round of chemotherapy treatments for her recently diagnosed leukemia, she went to visit her long-ailing husband.
