well, if you are worried about staining them you can basically eat everything, just brush your teeth afterwards. but.. some foods that you should not eat are: caramel, whole apples (you can eat them when they are sliced) and thats basically it. they say you can’t have gum but you can (even if it has sugar in it you can) , they say you can’t have popcorn but i ate it all the time.. so basically just stay away from caramel and super STICKY things.

Eating fresh fruits and veggies are good for depression.
Exercise is good, even if it just a walk.
Get sun and stop caffein intake for it has a negative effect on depression.
Work on journaling your thoughts, this helps slow down your anxiety which causes doom and gloom thinking or depression.
Find themes in your writing so that you can stop the cycle of negative self talk that becomes circular.

I am looking for some good cholesterol lowering foods and also some low cholesterol meals that are yummy. Hereditary reasons have caused me to get on a cholesterol medicine but I also want to be proactive in what I eat.
Does anyone have any recipes they can share? Or know of good yummy foods that lower cholesterol, that are good for you and such. I’m just not big into oatmeal at all. I ate way too much of it as a kid.

I had the same problem. I use shaklee cholesterol regulation complex. It’s a natural food supplement and I take it with my meals. My good cholesterol is 130 and I think the range is between 45 and 65, something like that. The doctor said he never saw anything like it, and keep doing what I’m doing.

She’s been at the center for 21 days. The nurses called to talk to us about post-center treatment and how we can help her. But my mom and I are both lost at what to stock the kitchen with. Some people said “Whatever she likes” but then some people said she’ll binge on that and purge. So…. now I don’t know…. thanks!
