0Question : PLEASE When will they release me from an outpatient program for a eating disorder if I’m not underweight? I’m supposed to go in for my assessment on Friday and then start an outpatient program for my eating disorder.
I thought usually you got released if you reached a certain weight but I’m not underweight, My bmi is 22 although I am losing weight currently by eating 200-400 calories a day with 1-2 hours of exercise. eating disorder programs

2Question : has anyone ever been through treatment of an eating disorder? i just got busted two days ago. my mom brought me down to the hospital saying i had an appointment, when really she brought me down there cause she thought i had bulimia. she was right. on monday i’m expecting a call from them to see about setting me up with a therapist, but i’m requesting i get into something like group therapy or something. i hate one on ones. i cant stand them. there’s no way i’d open up to some stranger….

3Question : Who can I talk to when I’m feeling really low about an eating disorder I’m struggling with? I’ve been dealing with an eating disorder for the last few months which has progressively gotten worse. Thanksgiving with the family was really hard for me and I became really depressed once I returned home. I started cutting which I haven’t done in a while. I wish I had someone I could call and talk to when I’m feeling this way but don’t know of any help lines. Can anyone recommend any. Thanks guys
