It was my first time seeing an ED specialist, He is supposed to be great and have a very high success rate byt he gave me the absolute creeps and the whole situation and experience was horrible, i was so scared and traumatised and fragile after it because it was just…..horrible! His ideas are extreme and i hate his manorisms, i dont even think i need to see some specialist i say i just need to visit a dietitian or something, but i really really hate this therapy. i feel so targetted and like prey really, please help!!

When I was younger i had to see a psychiratrist for depression, I hated her she blamed everything on my dad and I did not want to go back. I didn’t tell my mom how I felt so she made me keep going back. Finally I told her about it and she agreed that it was not going to help me and let me see someone else.
