Question : What is the Differnce between Diet Coke and Coke zero?
recently found out I have type 2 diabetes and have cut down on all “sugary” , “fatty” and non healthy foods and drinks. My diet (drinks anyway) mostly consists of water but on occasions I want a Coke which one is better? I love Coke Zero but is Diet Coke better for you or me in this case?

They are the same they both have no sugar but nonetheless they are both artifically sweetened and both are not good for you. The only difference is a slight variation in taste but its the same deal.

I have gestational diabetes and ive been drinking diet coke what i would like to know is if that’s ok to drink?

Yes it is perfectly fine to drink but just don’t let it be the only thing you drink. Drink milk, juice, water and whatever else you OB/GYN tells you to drink. Congrats and Good Luck
