Will my office equipment be tax deductible for 2009 or for 2010?
Would it matter if I received some type of order confirmation before the year ended?

For depreciation purposes (office equipment is depreciated rather than expensed) the date of payment is not a factor. What counts is the date placed in service. If your new equipment is placed in service (not just delivered to you) in 2009, you start depreciating it in 2009. Otherwise, 2010 becomes the year depreciation can start.

I know you can get a DUI on a bike or skateboard get, I’m just curious. I’m just at random on a drunken person opperating an electric wheelchair to see today. He was everywhere, in bushes, on the street. I asked him if he wanted to help, but he said nothing in a drunken slur. He said his apartment complex was two miles from the bar, and he would be at home in his wheelchair. Then he ran into the curb. I have it up and go again, but he really was weaving.
