okay i woke up and for breakfast i had
cup of kashi golean-140 cal
apple-80cal
lunch:
sandwich which had
2 pieces of turkey-60
roma tomato-10
2 peices of orowheat double fiber bread-140
okay so on tues weds and thurs i go to my eating disorder treatment place for group therapy and stuff
they make us eat dinner there
and on tues we have dessert
for dinner we had
salad w/ italian dressing-70
grilled chicken and chees ravioli(8) with marinara
how many calories is the raviolis?????????? i knoww i shouldnt worry but i must know!!!!!!!!
and dessert was
an apple blossom-350
okay an when i got home i had to exercise because of the dinner and dessert(i know im crazy and im getting help)
i swam laps from 8:11-9:16 pm

Running, bike riding, swimming, jogging. All of that is good cardio that lets you lose carbs and calories and then you do muscle workouts such as sit ups and lifting weights that make you lose LOTS of weight if you do it alot. And you can go on youtube and type in workouts.
But do the cardio first!
It helps trust me.

1I know that protein is needed in muscle building. . But I’ve also heard that you have more calories than you gain weight, need to build the muscle. . . And I know that rice is carbohydrate. . Bake Cookies and Still Cut Calories: Learn How to Avoid Gaining 10 Pounds This Christmas
0When you open your favorite magazine, you see delicious Christmas cookie recipes. Stop by the grocery store and you can’t avoid the special baking displays lined with brown sugar and cake mixes. Christmas means “start baking!” The old Pillsbury advertisement said it well, “Nothing says loving like something from the oven!” So how can a mother bake delightful treats for her children without gaining ten extra pounds in December?
1. Bake & Give. Make a list of the neighbors and friends you’d like to bless and then make up a plate for each household. Pull out your favorite recipes: sugar cookies, seven layer bars, chocolate peanut butter balls, and go to town! Have your kids help you bake and decorate your delicious cookies.
