Diet Books – Food & Eating for Irritable Bowel Syndrome

0

So if you suffer from IBS (or IBS), one of the biggest questions you always face – What can you eat? What diet will not break your symptoms? And which foods actually help and heal stomach?

There are many theories and diet programs that have been proposed for irritable bowel syndrome. In this article I will consider the key I’ve tried, and then share what worked for me in my 5 years of research at first hand with this condition.

There are no right or wrong Foods

demystify the moment that “good food”. The truth is that there is no good or bad foods.

And each is unique digestive system. And each condition is unique. So what may have worked for others may not work for you. On the other hand, what did not work for you may work for others.

In this article, and the book that you can buy here, I will share some common foods and recipes that are known to work. But the most important element in finding the right diet with Irritable Bowel is to do this with a sense of experimentation. Track your diet and see what works for you, under what conditions.

The other thing is that food sometimes is your problem now stand. For example, if you experience flatulence at the moment – it is obviously preferable, food, />
soluble fiber help the digestive worse
You may have read in several books that foods that are rich in soluble fibers taken in small amounts over time to help IBS patients stabilize their digestive system. Since this is one of the most popular theories, I gave him a warm good shot.

In my case, have no help for soluble fiber – although they also did not hurt. I read some case studies in which long-term use of soluble fiber has improved the resistance of the digestive system. In my case, they may have helped a little – but a big difference.

My advice to you is to try to soluble fibers – if it hurts, stop within a week. If it (or neutral) will help, then this as a way of life. Soluble fiber, part 1 or 2 meals per day. It can be a safe bet to eat these foods if you have doubts:

* oat / />

* * Nuts barley

* Flaxseed fruits such as oranges and apples * Vegetables such as carrots
Psyllium

The acid-base Balance is

Our body, the delicate balance of acid and acid content. This is called the pH balance (you probably remember from 9th grade chemistry). Usually when we balance this, we lose the end of acid.

The problem is that almost everything we eat is acidic! Most of the meat, bread, coffee, soft drinks and fruit acids … So how can regain your alkaline balance?

The easiest way is to drink plenty of water. Yes, 2-3 liters of water per day will dilute the acidic effect and keep the normal pH balance. If you want more, go drink alkaline drinks. These include green tea, barley, wheat grass, water, lemon, mango / watermelon / apple-guava juice / and herbal teas.

In IBS-bye! Book and bonuses you can find practically a cheat sheet of alkaline foods you can print and stay around the house. It reminds you in your diet with alkaline foods that constantly fill the balance of your pH. (You can use a mini-version of this report bonus to find this URL – http://goodbyeibs.com/diet) Fresh

Have you ever cooked meat in to eat for 72 hours left? You know what happens to him … It begins draws acterial growth and throw in a rule, right?

Now, did you know that red meat takes 60-72 hours to pass through your digestive system? And your stomach is hotter and more humid than the outdoor environment … Imagine what your digestive system has to absorb and turn the meat red.

White meat takes 40-48 hours to cross to. A little better, but you can imagine, even from your grilled chicken to the son of two days?

Cooked vegetables take 24-30 hours to pass.

Raw vegetables take 10-15 hours to pass into the intestine.

And finally, I use fresh fruit for 2-3 hours into the system and be absorbed.

What does this mean for you? If you give up all kinds of meat? If you are a vegetarian?

I do not know, I will not tell you how to live your life. But I will say that if you increase your quantities of fresh foods – your stomach is time to work a lot easier … and your body will heal better

I preferred to have around. 50% of my diet as fresh or steamed very easy / cooked food. And I strongly choose fruit and vegetables to meat. If you choose the meat, is the easiest to digest fish food. All other meat is much more difficult to digest for the stomach (if you must, is the first chicken and red meat later).

The research showed that the comparison of digestive systems of humans with herbivores and carnivores … We have almost all identical with a plant eater. . The acid in the stomach, the length of the intestine tract and the role of Suliva

not have blindly shift to a vegetarian diet – but just try to add some fruits and vegetables to your diet. Replace your breakfast with fresh fruit and notice the difference immediately, it brings to your digestion and overall energy. Once you have experienced that lightness and energy, you do not need more convincing.

Avoid common food triggers

If you blindly follow instructions from my book, be it – avoid these categories of food at any price. These are proven triggers for IBS symptoms and you should stay away:

* Coffee, tea and other caffeinated drinks (to replace your morning jolt you coffee with a little exercise or fresh fruit)
* Spicy, oily and fried foods (this is a difficult question, but stay away you have to KFC and McDonald’s for a few weeks)
* Dairy products (cheese, butter, sour cream, cream cheese, milk, cream, half and half, ice , cream, yogurt, frozen yogurt).
* foods high in fat, high protein foods and meat (your body is not able to create the enzymes to break down fats)
* gassy foods (beans, broccoli, cabbage, onions, Brussels sprouts, and garlic)

As you eat is more important than what you are eating

there are lines common guidelines, which are the basis for healthy digestion. And chances are you will probably ignore this now. Follow these tips and you are an instant way into the food inside edit them to see.

first I remember that almost half of digestion happens in the mouth. Saliva is a digestive enzyme extremely powerful. So, if you do not chew (and just swallow your food down), you are doubling the work of your intestine. And your gut patient not hold it. So, chew each mouthful at least 30 seconds and eat in peace … IBS worse fear.

Second, only two fifty-eight eat meals per day. If you eat healthy foods, you do not need more than three small meals a day. It takes a lot of energy for your body to digest food – if you continue to eat, digest, you spend all your energy and do not have time to actually enjoy that energy for real work. It is normal to have snacks in between – they help small meals and keep the digestive system to a low-intensity training throughout the day.

Third, small meals only. You must understand the difference between eating for the stomach and eat the tongue. The body does not take much to keep going and stay energetic. If you overload is fivefold with three meals a day, of course, the engine failed. Eat two fifty-eight smaller regular meals and watch the difference it makes. Plan your meals easier Stick to the />
Here’s something I learned after several years of contention. When I started planning my meals the night before … I found that I was able to determine what early enough to eat really do.

Also very soon I had sheets on what I ate, how I responded … and my own cheat sheet for what you eat and what not. If you buy the Goodbye IBS! Book you want to use your own daily diet tracking sheet and find a 12-week program to help you learn to use it. (If you are interested, you can more www.GoodbyeIBS.com / food)

Why should you follow this simple advice

My cat is 15 years old and has sporatic bowel incontinence 4 times in the last month. She doesn’t even know poop is coming out! (it is NOT behavioral). Her geriatric profile a few days ago showed she had the blood work/labs of a 2 year old cat. My vet could give no answers.
