I am an asthmatic .. If you run with the lowest dose … In terms of 100/50, you stay with this test. They had me on the higher dose, and I started with strange aching pain in the arms and almost like I could not lift his arm. After leaving the high dose .. the pain is gone. I want to talk to my doctor, but if you grip the lower rate .. I would. I guess Symbiacort now and I am very satisfied with the results. Good Luck .. but take no longer than necessary.

you ask a lot. I think the first thing to get a correct diagnosis. Eczema (dermatitis otherwise) is bound and usually less severe psoriasis, but only a dermatologist can tell for sure. I have a moderate to severe dermatitis (no treatment) studied quite extensively in medical school libraries, and I would not HaZaRd a hypothèse.Franchement, I do not know can not close in a position to consult a doctor. Check with your local Human Services office or the beginnings of a community hospital. I do not say where the treatment may be best for you. But it’s worth investigating your options. I have many treatments (Chinese Traditional, Alternative, etc.) until I one that works. You better be for a long, hard struggle for the well-being produced. Make sure you go the right way, and if you do not know what your options are your chances much more limited.

Proactive didn’t work for my teenage daughter either, in fact Proactive made her skin worse. She ended up trying Clearasil Ultra Daily wash and she loves it.
Have you ever thought about trying some vitamins to control Acne? I my opinion, if you really want to be acne free, start taking Chelated Zinc, its amazing and costs about $ 5 a for a months worth. Your skin will thank you for it.
Good luck!

Is it possible to gain between 8 to 10 pounds of fat in 1 week from binge eating?
6Question : Is it possible to gain between 8 to 10 pounds of fat in 1 week from binge eating?
I’m a 17-year-old 5’4″ female and I recently lost over 30 pounds in a period of 8 months on the Jenny Craig diet. I was advised by my consultant at the center to restrict my caloric intake to 1200 a day. I followed the menu as religiously as possible but often felt extremely hungry and fatigued, stopped having my period, got brittle nails, and to make matters worse, my body eventually went into starvation mode. As it turned out, I was eating 1300 calories below my caloric maintenance level. Top that off with the fact that I exercise 3 times a week, and, according to my pedometer, I burn over 1000 calories due taking more than 20000 steps a day…oh, my goodness. When I asked my consultant to put me on 1700 calories, she refused to and quickly explained that some of her other clients who are “marathon runners” only need 1500. So, I decided to tough it out for 1 more week and ended up gaining a pound. Her response? “Um, yeah…I don’t know what’s going on.” It was right then and there I decided it would be best for me to just give my body a break, a chance to recover.
So, it has been 10 days since Jenny Craig and I parted ways. The first 3 days of eating on my own were absolutely fantastic. I even lost 0.8lbs! It all started going downhill on the 4th day, thanks to my stomach’s growling and feeling empty every 60 to 90 minutes. Ever since then, I have been binge eating on various fruits such as grapes and watermelon, wholegrain high fiber granola cereal (with and without Omega-3), oatmeal, flax sprouted grain bread, and fat free soy beverage. Absolutely no fast food. None. No MacDonald’s, KFC, Burger Baron, Subway, nothing. Anyway, I have gone from 129.9lbs to 138. Mind you, I have intestinal gas and abdominal bloating, and I’ve been expelling a lot of waste. So, is it really possible to gain between 8 to 10 pounds of fat in 1 week from binge eating? Is this my body’s way of trying to achieve some kind of balance?
I’m hourglass-shaped as well, Suga…and I actually read that women with this body type tend to specifically gain weight a lot faster than other body types. Oh, the curse of the curves!
Water retention? Will drinking more water help eliminate it? I already drink a significant amount. I’ll definitely take the glycemic index into consideration. ![]()

Is there any link, circumstantial or otherwise, between vaccinations and asthma?
0Question : Is there any link, circumstantial or otherwise, between vaccinations and asthma?
I am wondering if anyone knows of any evidence out there that there may be a causative factor between the ‘normal’ childhood vaccinations and developing asthma in children.

Immunization Issues
Asthma and Vaccines
07/19/2004
The prevalence of childhood asthma has been increasing in the past two decades in many countries, including the United States. (1) According to American Lung Association statistics for 2002, over 20 million Americans had asthma, of which 6.1 million were children. (2)
Asthma is a chronic disease characterized by repeated episodes of wheezing, breathlessness, chest tightness, and coughing. Although there is no known cure for asthma, it can be controlled.
The causes of asthma are not known, but if a person has a parent with asthma, he or she is three to six times more likely to develop asthma than is a person who does not have a parent with asthma. (3) Children with asthma may respond differently to infections and environmental exposures such as tobacco smoke and mold than children who don’t have asthma. These facts suggest that asthma could be an immune disorder influenced by genetics.
Some have suggested that the increasing incidence of asthma may be due to vaccinations, primarily to whole cell pertussis vaccine. Some have hypothesized that vaccines might change the balance of immunity towards allergic responses either directly (that is, caused by the immune responses to the vaccine) or indirectly (by altering the balance of immune responses to infections in infancy).
The first study suggesting a possible association between vaccination and asthma was conducted in children born in 1977 in Christchurch, New Zealand. (4) In this study there was no evidence of asthma during 5 to 10 years of follow-up among 23 children who received neither pertussis vaccine nor oral polio vaccine, whereas asthma developed in more than 20% of 1,184 children who had been vaccinated. However, the small number of unvaccinated children did not establish a correlation between asthma and vaccines.
A study of 1,934 patients followed from birth to age 12 in a general medical practice in the UK f found that children given an older form of pertussis vaccine (whole-cell vaccine) were 40% more likely to develop asthma than unvaccinated children. (5) An indirect mechanism by which vaccines might affect the tendency to develop allergies, perhaps including asthma, would be by preventing infections in childhood, causing an imbalance in immune responses later in life. For example, whooping cough has been suggested to increase the occurrence of allergy and asthma, and it has been theorized that the DTP vaccine could have similar effects.
More recent data, however, do not support the theory that specific vaccines or the number of vaccines administered lead to an increased risk of childhood asthma.
For example, one large study involving 167,240 children from four large health maintenance organizations in Washington, Oregon and California, found no increased risk of developing childhood asthma associated with diphtheria, tetanus, whole cell pertussis, vaccine, measles, mumps, rubella vaccine and oral polio vaccine. (6)
In another large study, researchers examined whether immunizations received before 18 months of age were related to asthma in later childhood. (7) The investigators found that asthma was not associated with the vaccines or the number of vaccinations received.
Vaccines are very important for children with asthma. An analysis by the American Lung Association shows that many hospitalizations due to asthma could be prevented by influenza vaccination, which has been proven to be safe in children and adults with asthma. (8)
In addition, it is expected that future vaccines against other respiratory infections may reduce the incidence of wheezing and asthma in childhood, since severe infections in young infants caused by some of these agents are associated with wheezing in infancy and asthma later in childhood.

The link between asthma and seasonal allergies
2seasonal allergies
Spring is one of the most troublesome times of year for people who suffer from asthma and seasonal allergies. Trees and grass release pollen, and the number of mould spores in the air rise dramatically.
