does anybody know any teen hotlines for eating disorders without your parents finding out or the people your talking to think your crazy i need one for my friend where she can just talk to them about her disorder (bulimia) please help thank yous

some times it’s better to hear from a friend! but if you have talked to her before and it hasn’t worked then you can just google it!

Question : Can anybody recommend a product that would help solve this mobility problem for a big guy?
I am a really big guy 5’9″/330 lbs who is having problems with chairs that are too low and a real strain to get out of. I have a comfy lift chair, but it is not very practical when I’m at the dinner table or using the computer. My physical therapist recommended furniture cups but the choices are befuddling. I am not ready for a scooter.

What about using a walker to help lift you up out of the chair? That would be simpler than a whole new chair. Just keep it beside you, and when you start to get up, hold onto it until you get out of the chair.

Question : Aricept as a treatment for Alzheimer’s, does it help anybody?
My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and her doctors put her on Aricept. I don’t think it helped at all. I doubt if she had Alzheimer’s because she started to get dementia after she had a bout of congestive heart failure and got a pacemaker. I think the dementia was related to her heart problem. Also, the books I read about Alzheimer’s say the people who have it live for years and years and slowly deteriorate. My mother died within two years of getting the diagnosis and she deteriorated quickly–which also sounds more the way vascular dementia is described in the books I read. Maybe it’s better she died quickly, because it was so sad to see this intelligent woman lose her mind. But I digress, has anybody heard of anyone having positive results from Aricept? I don’t think it helped my mother; I wonder if it helped anybody else.

Yes…my aunt is on Aricept, and it drastically slowed the progression of Alzheimers, but unfortunately is not a cure

I live 3,000 miles away from my mother, who has congestive heart failure. My 80 year old dad is caring for her, (yeah, I know – I have a lot to worry about). I’m leaving tomorrow and want to set this up for her. She is in California if that means anything.

I bought a LifeLink emergency alert system back in November, and it’s been invaluable. I just purchase the equipment and program it to call me, my brother, Mom’s neighbor, then 911. The best part is theres no monthly fee involved. Just the 1-time purchase price. I don’t know if I can post their link, but it’s www.callforassistance.com. The customer service is second to none too!

ok so my babi is 3 months old and i exclusivley breastfeed…. im still carrying 60 extra pounds so i want to diet….. what i need help with is this… i want to purchase a gym membership and start going 5 days a wk for 1 hr .. i would do 30 min on the tredmill 15 on the bike and the other 15 doing arm and leg lifts i also plan on dieting eating only 3 meals a day no bread potatoes sweets or fried food and only baked fish or chicken breast and only drank water… i need to know is this healthy and ok to do? expesially the exercising…. thanku for any tips and advice!!

Exercising is good for you of course, but you must make sure you are eating healthy and balanced and adding in extra calories for baby. That’s not to say you can harm your baby, but that your body will feed baby first and if you don’t eat enough you can make yourself ill. Make sure that you get yourself a consultation with the gym for proper, tailored advice.

does anybody know of any type of natural healing ideas for asthman in children. we use reg breathin medicine, but its not as effective as we hoped
she is actually using medicine at this point and has reactive airway disease. im just wondering if theres anything in addition i can ask her asthma/allgery dr to try to use as well. shes 2

I’m a disabled person an I have a power wheelchair for sale cuz I can’t keep it in my house I don’t have room for it, I put adds everywhere an I haven’t been lucky yet so I was thinking to put a video on you tube about my power wheelchair but I don’t know if youtube.con charge or not, can somebody tell me about it please.

YouTube does not allow personal retail ads to be
posted on the site. YouTube only allows promotional
ads for entertainment and contest. You might want to try
selling your item on eBay or Amazon. Plus, if you post a
video to sell your item, you may or will be bombarded by
a flock of clowns. So if you do decide to go forward with
this, here is some advice.

Disable the feature that allows users to comment on your
video.

Be careful about allowing external sites to embed your video.

If you do provide contact information for any possible takers,
use a miscellaneous email account. This way you won’t be
invaded by spammers and jokers.

Remember, YouTube is more than a site to upload videos, it
is also a video viewing site. And some may or will not take
you seriously.
