I seen it and she went to treatment and I am pretty sure she ended up having to be hospitalized because she had lost weight while she was in treatment. But I think she is still there. Also I would try and check Aetv for an update because I’m not positive.

usually anorexics deney that they are anorexic.
all treatments are different it depends on how bad they are. in most cases that person will be hospitalized for treatment. or they might put that person in the psych ward for a 48 hour hold.

Question : Why do anorexic treatment programs make you gain so much?
Look, according to my dietitian I have this “deadly illness”. Just let me ask a question and give me an answer. People going into this program should know the standards they set anyway.
I’m 16, 5’9″ and 112 pounds and being forced into treatment. I understand that I need to gain weight, but my dietitian thinks I need to weigh 140, which I think is unreasonable. Even before I started dieting, when I ate like a pig and didn’t worry, the most I have ever weighed in my life was 134. And I’ve gone to the doctor weighing 121 without them commenting. So why can I go to the doctor at 121 and be fine, but since I got skinnier I am suddenly required to weigh 140, when I could eat 2500 calories a day and not weigh that much? It’s stupid and just makes me want to resist treatment. If they would give me a reasonable weight goal, I wouldn’t resist as much.

What are your opinions on this?
