How low does ones vitamin B12 need to be to reach Anemia?
1I have really low vitamin B12. My blood test result sheet says B12 should be between 165 – 829. My doctors said good levels to have are between 400 – 600, I have only 79. For some reason I never faint or rarely get dizzy, especially during exercise. My red blood cells are also perfectly fine.
Is this abnormal? Specifying age groups with levels would be a much appreciated answer.
