I intend to donate eggs to infertile family, what should I expect?
I want your stories about egg donation, the legal procedures that you have been through drugs, listening to time-ect. I intend to start a family and barren. Prospective parents are 43 and 44, and they give me their last train before the adoption. Egg extraction hurts. The needle they use is big enough to suck the eggs out, so its pretty wide! You and your husband usually both have to pass a screening and you can’t have sex for 2 months while your cycle syncs with the mom’s. You gotta do self-injections daily, too, so make sure that is something you can handle.
As long as you are doing this because you want to and not because you are guilted by them or really needing the money its a great thing. Are you 100% sure you want this couple to have your biological child? Keep in mind no one HAS to deliver a child to be a mom. There are plenty of kids who need to be adopted. There are plenty of kids in foster care who’d love to find permanent parents.
