Question : i am after getting braces off?
the dentist put permanent retainers in the top and bottom of my teeth i still suck my thumb i know quite sad! but could they move cause i suck my thumb or will they be ok…… i wear another retainer at night !

my cuzins got permanent retainers and he sucks his thumb still. as long as your thumb doesnt touche the retainer often then you should be fine.
I sucked my thumb until I was 12 and never had braces so I don’t think you have to worry about it. The way I stopped sucking my thumb at night was I learned to sleep on my stomach and put may hand under my pillow.
