No , you don’t qualify. The law spells out certian conditions such as cancer and only will apply to person with great sufferring that are near death. Good luck finding a doctor to prescribe for you.
If you Google “medical marijuana states” you will get a lot of information. Data on Michigan is probably not current, because, man… we just haven’t gotten to it… You may want to look at the penalties for simple possession in your state, and the frequency of arrests in your county Frequently it has been downgraded to a misdemeanor.
This is opposed to say, the musician, John Sinclair who got 10 years in Detroit for two joints back in the sixties. Now I grant you, there were some political issues in brother John’s case, but times have changed.
