What is the best way to get protein supplements after obesity surgery.?
SUPP Since proteins are not in pill form (anyone know why?) I Can not drink large amounts of protein supplements I need to drink, because daily with obesity surgery. It does everything I’m tired of my estomac.Réponse

I would contact your primary care MD and have them take a look at you. You should not be this sick. tell them what you said here.

There is this great protein powder which you can mix with ANYTHING. It doesn’t change the taste or texture. I learned about it at a bariatric surgery support group. It’s called Bene-Protein and you can order it online from Walgreen’s (they don’t carry it in the store). Link to order, below. Get the tub, it’s the best value.
(I agree that all the protein drinks taste disgusting.)
