i have my front four teeth bonded because they were chipped, im worried about chipping and discoloration. How long can my bonding last?

Depends on what was used. If it was that epoxy that’s cured with UV light then it will last and wear about as well as your natural tooth.
Tooth coloured composites are used on the anterior teeth. It is not as strong as the natural enamel, but with correct etching of the tooth, the bond is very strong, and should last.
One of my anteriors is bonded due to a chip and it has lasted 2 years with no signs of weakness. It should last a few years at least. It will not discolour, but will stick out if you have your teeth bleached.
