You can do it and you can recover.
Trust me. Think about what might happen, if you don’t give this your best shot. It won’t be too long before you’re better and out of there.
it’s good to prepare yourself before you go in and learn a little about the place you’re going to. think about what you want to get out of the treatment, and if necessary, write a list so that you can remember throughout the time that you’re there. remember that the first part of treatment is often the hardest and the worst, and that eventually it will pass and you will be closer to recovery. keep a positive attitude and remember that everyone who is there is generally just trying to help you. if you really want recovery, try to be open and honest, and if you mess up and fall back into your eating disorder a little, being honest about it will help you more than trying to hide it. being honest with the treatment team will only help them tailor the program better to your needs. overall, just remember what you wanted to get from the program and work toward that.
