i bought a mobility scooter and have not recived it yet do those things have lots of power? thank you and what are the fines and stuff for riding it im 14?

it all depends on what size it is. the wattage of the motor. more so the charge that you have in it. i don’t think any electric scooter will go faster than 25 mhp.
