Question : How do you become a smart load reseller?
A lot of people in Philippines are reselling load for Globe, Smart, etc. How do you become such a reseller?
I forgot to ask: and how do you turn a profit? Do the resellers get to buy load at a discounted rate?

you’ll need a special kind of sim card for that, i think it can be bought from globe/smart centers and sometimes, reloading stores have those kinds of sim also
