Question : Should your nipples feel weird after breast augmentation surgery?
I just had breast augmentation surgery 3 weeks ago, and I am starting to get feeling back in my breasts again. Unfortunately every time I bend over, it feels like my implants are trying to push in towards my nipples, and it makes them have this pins and needle feeling. Is this a normal sensation during the healing process?

I’ll have to feel them to see for myself if they feel weird.
It is perfectly normal to feel or not feel strange sensations, especially in your nipples/areola. Every girl is unique and different, and because of that, every experience is going to be unique and different.
My recommendation is to call your doctor and ask him/her about it. Since I don’t know where you had the incision, it’s hard to say what’s what.
