Try facial exercises it’s much less expensive go on amazon.com and type in carol maggio facercise.
I had it done and it was about $ 7000.00. My surgery was pretty extensive because I had a very bad deviated septum. Eventually your nose will look natural, but it can take up to a year for the nose to take it’s final shape. It will be swollen for a while. As extensive as my surgery was, it really wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. If you look at my avatar, my picture was taken a couple months my surgery, my nose is still a bit swollen but it looks natural. Good luck and make sure you find a good doctor. 2D
