Can being prescribed a steroidal inhaler for a sinus infection be a disqualifier for the Military?
Question : Can being prescribed a steroidal inhaler for a sinus infection be a disqualifier for the Military?
I had a really bad sinus infection and was prescribed a steroidal inhaler. Can being prescribed an inhaler be an automatic DQ? I dont think so, but I just want to put some worries to rest. I’ve been really touchy about my medical history due to pediatric asthma from the age of five to eight (well before the cut off age of 12) I’m kind of a neurotic, but I just want to be sure.

No
Of itself, NO!
It could only delay you, while you have and active infection. Once it clears up, you would be fine.
