Question : Migraine relief.?
I have had a headache for nearly 6 days now. It started last Wednesday, and it wasn’t terribly painful, more or less an annoyance. Later that night into the next day I started vomiting and became very dizzy- I could hardly walk. Saturday my headache turned into a full blown migraine. I’ve never had one before, but reading up about it, I had all of the signs. My head was in a severe amount of pain, I was slurring my words, I couldn’t walk, and I couldn’t bear the idea of being in a loud, brightly lit room. I retreated to a dark quiet bedroom where my migraine continued to the next afternoon. I went to the ER, and my bloodwork and catscan results appeared normal. I was prescribed Hydrocodone for the pain. It is now (very) early Tuesday morning, and my headache is still here. It’s more or less a dull pain, but because of it I still feel weak and useless, light still hurts my eyes, and if I move too much a sharp pain in my head is the result. I don’t know what to do, any help?
