Question : Help from an eating disorder?
Okay someone is 5’5/5’6 and 98 pounds.
She suffers from anorexia and bulimia.
She is going to tell her parents, and then go to a rehabilitation program in the hospital.
She knows she will have to put at least 16 pounds to be in a healthy bmi.
BUT will she put on all the weight back on?
She use to be 165 pounds?

no not lat least 16 lbs .. she needs to weight at least 160lbs to be healthy. she can put it back on.. but she needs to want to do it. shes needs to know the risks and complications of being anorexic.. death, illness, serious healthy problems, weakness, tireness… she should want to feel physically good w. energy and be healthy and able. tell her to force feed her self 3000+cals a day, drink 1+cup water per hour, exersize 2+hours a day, strech 2+hours a day.
the thinnest she should look = http://clicknspark.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/_mg_0543-lockers-bria-med-logo.jpg

I can answer this from experience. I was in the hospital for 2 months earlier this year for my ED.
The doctors won’t force her to go back to the 165. They will look at her growth charts, her BMI, and use that to determine what weight is healthiest for her body.
The therapists won’t force you to get fat. Honestly. They will just make sure that your body starts functioning normally again and is in a normal range for weight and height etc.
