Friend me on MySpace www.myspace.com Depression, Fatigue, Thyroid and Drugs, Austin Nutrition Joe discusses the symptoms of depression and fatigue and different things that can cause fatigue. These include heart problems, thyroid problems, sugar addiction, hyperglycemia and medications. Conventional medicine often only treats the symptoms of fatigue without finding the causes or a cure. stop imediatelly eat industrial junk foods and drinks! Start to eat vegetables ONLY, no meat, make juices of green vegetables with fruits, no more sugar, eat only SEA natural salt (not industrial salt), drink water very much, more than 5 liters/day, go walk hard 1/2 hour ALL mornings, buy 1 ORGONITE and sleep with it, and 1 orgonite pendant to wear all the time. If possible go to gym (light gym). You will be another person in about 1 month! Go go go my dear friend, peace and love for you!

@lizzykiss441 — U-R so Courageous! Th-U 4-u’r story!
4 yrs.ago (age 59) I was diag.&Rx’d Aderal f/ADHD. I MUST say even tiny doses effectively destroyed my mental health as I also developed Morgellen’s AND dyslexia!
Terrorized, I ‘tracked-down’ the partial culprit & QUIT th’Aderal Rx! It took 6 very long mos. but finally some ‘normalcy!’
Tho dyslex got worse & low-level paranoia am still much better than I was. I’m 62 now. //~_~\
Luv 2-u …

I’m a pre-med student, I know what I’m talking about, but I’m no expert . . . yet
I applaud your attitude. I think you are right on. My suggestion: Keep track of your thyroid levels. Even if that ends up being a life-long issue, medicate for that because it’s simple and effective (thyroxin, etc) As for the psych meds like adderall, the less you have the better. Diet, exercise, and good attitude will cure the majority of America’s woes!
Be strong like a tiger and fend for yourself.

@MRJerrod410 yes i had hyperthyroidism and still do but not as bad. When and before i got diagnosed with it I ate atleast 6 times a day but i wasn’t gaining any weight and people thought i was crazy. The later stages when i got treated I started having crazy thoughts and thought i was going to go insane and kept having panic anxiety attacks. Got that treat too and now it isn’t so bad. Then my eyes bulged out, my hair was falling out though not too much, dry skin and temper tantrums.

I was diagnosed with Hashimotos’ hypothyroidism, drugs didn’t help at all, I was on Synthroid for over a year and just kept worsening, I was very depressed and extremely tired all the time.
Eventually I turned to alternative medicine and nutrition. Started using a Rife machine and through it I found out I had a very serious infection of Mycoplasma. After aggressive treatment my thyroid disease actually went away. Other things that helped greatly were iodine supplementation and exercise
