Even with cheapest shipping option this order shipped immediately, arrived on first day of predicted arrival date range, package and content in good condition. Seller immediately notified me of order, shipment and tracking number. The product description was a little short and unclear but I can now report this: Product was much, much better than expected for this price. Product description should include chain length (didn’t measure it but around 27″, the long length he wanted and I took a chance on based on the picture). Chain is sturdy, link size and smoothness is good, and there is no clasp, nice features for not breaking or snagging. Engraving is bold, easily readable and says “on anti-coagulant”, and is toward one end so more engraving can be added for personal data if so desired. The medical symbol is bright and obvious, metal tag is shiney, smooth and unmarred. I (as spouse and keeper of the user) needed something fast and inexpensive. The user is not used to bracelets or necklaces so I was looking for something cheap to try (before sinking alot of money into the expensive jewlery metals) to determine what the user could tolerate. This more than meets expectation for its medical alert purposes, and is good looking as is such that maybe the user will not ever spend more money for jewlery “metals” (even though at this chain length it will not be visable most often which is what the user wanted).
