I went to the dentist first and got my teeth professionally whitened. It is worth the money. Afterwards you can purchase bleach from the dentist accordingly to maintain the professional look if you think it is necessary. I have found that it is much cheaper to purchase it on Amazon. I highly recommend it but only after the dentist has confirmed that your teeth are in good enough shape for this procedure.
