I have a history of sinus and allergy problems. I tend to get infected very easily as well. Based on the reviews I read, first I bought a bottle of Sinufix tablets. The effect after the first day of taking 2 or 3 tablets during the day was unbelievable. I actually felt clear-headed the next day morning. I continued taking the tablets and felt good — not great but good. There was an occasion when I had some initial signs of an infection, which normally would have developed into a full blown infection. But, these capsules help me overcome that. I hear the allergies are very bad this year. The capsules have done a great job of keeping my allergy and sinus symptoms much better than what any other medicines can do for me.

Subsequently, I found that this spray existed and had great reviews too. I decided to give it a try. The issue with capsules for me is: I think they cause some gas symptoms for me. That’s why I went down from 3 to 2 capsules at one point. I expected the spray to be more effective than the capsules and not cause any stomach related side effects. I have been using the spray for last 15 days or so and it is awesome. It is at least as effective as the capsules. I have stopped taking the capsules while I am using the spray. I may try to see how capsules and spray work together — while I still have some capsules left. But, long term I plan to use spray on a regular basis and not take capsules.

If you have chronic sinus problems, you owe it to yourself to try this product. I agree whole heartedly with reviewers of both the capsule and the spray that this is an awesome product. None of the allopathic medicines have helped me even 10% of how much this product helps me. Caveat: I continue to take half a tablet of Zyrtec generic everyday which helps me a little. But I never felt so good taking Zyrtec by itself. 90% of the benefit is coming from Sinufix and 10% from Zyrtec.

This I think is my second review ever on Amazon. But this product is so good and I have so much empathy for people like me who have chronic sinus problems, that I felt obliged to write this review — since I benefited from all other reviewers of Sinufix who helped me find this product. One last time — if you have given up with regards to your sinus issues, give this product a try.

Have you noticed any side effects related to gas symptoms? Related to sensitivity in teeth? In my case, there is mild sensitivity.

Has anybody tried using both spray and capsules combination?

Anyone seen any side-effects as a result of using this over long term?
