This case is a convenient size, well made, and easily holds insulin and supplies for several days (although the tiny cold pack in it will only last a few hours, so you need to take that into account). It includes a rectangular sharps-disposal box that’s pretty much useless. You can only dispose of one used syringe in it, and then you have the problem of disposing of the box. The space taken up by that box could be put to far better use for other things.
