Question : Anxiety Symptoms?
I feel like I want to be pregnant so bad that I may be psyching myself out to think that I am having symptoms when really it may be anxiety causing all my symptoms. I had a negative test, but it was too early to test I think. Any suggestions for how to get past this anxiety part of TTC?

Don’t get so wrapped up in making a baby that you forget how fun it is to make one.
Sometimes, your body will not ovulate if you are too stressed out, as it’s not an optimal environment to grow a baby at that time. Try to RELAX.
If you’re relaxed, eventually, it will happen, but it’s hard NOT to get stressed out when you’re dealing with ovulation predictors, that time of the month, and when and where you’re going to try to conceive again.
… And then the negative test.
Relax, and enjoy being intimate with your husband. It takes most couples about a year to conceive (on average). In the meantime, make sure that you are taking your prenatals, exercise, and eat right.
just try to think of something else..i went through this myself..i though i could actually feel the baby moving i wanted to be pregnant so bad for my second child…..keep your mind busy and as soon as you do..it will happen..
