Colon Cleanse pills cons of colonic irrigation?

Many have read about this online colon cleanse pills and was wondering if they are essentially the same as colonic irrigation?

Unless you are having a medical procedure that requires your entire system to be cleaned out, stay away prom those pills. Colonic irrigation is by far the best way to go.

colonic irrigation has many sterlization problems wiht cross contamination between patients and the possibility of rupturing the colon by unskilled operators.

The lining of your colon sloughs off about every 24hr or so, make sure you get plenty of good quality fiber in your diet and forget about the pills. NEVER do a colonic irrigation, if done incorrectly they can lead to severe infections and even death.

If you’ve ever seen film of a colonoscopy, you’d know that colon cleansers are unnecessary and the only thing that they clean out is your wallet.
